Yup, that's me, playing on a rock in Vilcabamba, Ecuador. Yo speak-a the espanish. (That's Spanglish for I speak Spanish...which I do, fluently.)
I have finally finished my time in the education sphere and am putting my debt-laden degree to use to work in school districts. No, that's obviously not where the money is, but it comes with a nice schedule. Summer break, oooh yeah.
Having basically a 180 day work schedule gives me a smidgen of time to indulge in activities that interest me, such as baking. I enjoy cooking in general, but have always been big on baking and sweets. I also enjoy writing, which is what inspired this blog.
Participation Required is a place for me to share my photos and recipes of my culinary adventures. Hopefully they inspire you or give you something to whip up in your own kitchen.
